KT Stainless steel cable ties are designed to be used in harsh environments including high heat, corrosion and salt water applications. High heat environments that greatly surpass nylon cable ties include engine applications. Stainless steel 316 is a super metal that withstands chemical abuse such as salt water and acids. Narrow ties are 5/16” or 7.9mm. Do not use in high pressure areas, wide ties are rated up to 250 lbs.
